If you're super bored, don't turn immediately to your electronic devices! (Yes, I am aware that since I've published this post, I was doing just that. Now, hush.) Why don't you read a good book instead?
Whenever I ask my friends this, their answer is always the same: "I've read all the books already."
Well, okay. So according to mashable.com, Google's data shows that there exist 129,864,880 books in the world. And I highly doubt you've read all of them. Yes, I know some of them are boring. But that's not an excuse! Here is a list of super amazing books and/or series that you should read.
"Conjured" by Sarah Beth Durst
The Caraval series by Stephanie Garber
The Unwanteds series (and its follow-up series, Unwanteds Quests) by Lisa McMann
The GONE series by Michael Grant
"Becoming" by Michelle Obama
"Little Women" by Louisa May Alcott
To Kill A Mockingbird (and its sequel, Go Set A Watchman) by Harper Lee
The Percy Jackson series, the Magnus Chase series, the Heroes of Olympus series, the Kane Chronicles series, and the Trials of Apollo series, all by Rick Riordan
The Septimus Heap series (and its follow-up series, TodHunter Moon) by Angie Sage
The Land of Stories series by Chris Colfer
The Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas
The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling (and if you're a big fan, then Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Tales of Beedle the Bard are also great!)
The School for Good and Evil series by Soman Chainani
The Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas
"The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck" by Mark Manson
The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
"The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green
The Truly Devious series by Maureen Johnson
The Folk of the Air series by Holly Black
"What They Don't Know" by Nicole Maggi
These books are NOT listed in order of preference. I like them all equally!
Happy reading! :)
